Our Canadian brand, Maison Tess will gladly accept returns for items within 14 days of order delivery. The goods must be sent back unused (any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new), with their original packaging and with complete SET. Items sold for a discount or on Sale are not eligible for return.
All returns are subject to inspection and must be authorized by us before sending merchandise back.
Please use the same email address if items are damaged in any way or if there was a shipping error.
Original shipping fees are not refundable. The full amount, less shipping fees, will be refunded to your credit card within 30 days of the reception of the item.
All returns must be shipped with a service providing a tracking number and insurance. Please note, we cannot refund item(s) that is/are not claimed upon delivery or refused at the time of delivery.

2) Once approved, all returned merchandise should be declared as a "CANADIAN GOODS RETURNING" on the commercial invoice; without this, the return may not be successful or you will incur additional fees.
Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges (except for Canadian returns who are free of charge). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or return? If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
