REFUND POLICY
Returns
Our Canadian brand, Maison Tess will gladly accept returns for items within 14 days of order delivery. The goods must be sent back unused (any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new), with their original packaging and with complete SET.
Items sold for a discount or on Sale are not eligible for return.
All returns are subject to inspection and must be authorized by us before sending merchandise back.
Please use the same email address if items are damaged in any way or if there was a shipping error.
Original shipping fees are not refundable. The full amount, less shipping fees, will be refunded to your credit card within 30 days of the reception of the item.
All returns must be shipped with a service providing a tracking number and insurance. Please note, we cannot refund item(s) that is/are not claimed upon delivery or refused at the time of delivery.

2) Once approved, all returned merchandise should be declared as a "CANADIAN GOODS RETURNING" on the commercial invoice; without this, the return may not be successful or you will incur additional fees.
Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges (except for Canadian returns who are free of charge). Maison Tess will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the Maison Tess returns office:
